This is charged at $0.02/Kb and monthly bundles can be purchased at rates from $9.95/month depending on whether the device used is a standard cellphone, enhanced device ($19.95/month) or advanced/Blackberry ($29.95/month). An international call and text service is also available. Charges for talk time will depend on the country, but overseas text messages are sent at $0.25/message and received at $0.20/message.
